WHAT IS THE OPEN STRATEGY GROUP?

At OSG, we believe there’s a better way to approach senior living marketing. We don’t think strategy should come with a premium price tag. And we don’t believe you should have to pay a penalty for tactics you may not be familiar with or have never used.

This is not your typical client/agency relationship. Our business is built on membership. OSG manages your digital marketing tactics and builds relationships with a variety of partners to streamline processes and develop economies of scale for the benefit of members. Ideas, strategies and successes are shared openly, transparently and freely, helping each member reach and exceed their goals.

FRAN PALMA
Chief Integrated Marketing & Digital Strategies Officer

Fran has 30 years of diversified marketing communications experience, integrating information technology with traditional marketing to create high-impact campaigns that create opportunities, results and revenue. His experience includes implementing interactive strategies for hundreds of senior living organizations, from individual communities to corporations with hundreds of locations throughout the nation. For the last 7 years he has been Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing and Digital Strategies at Covenant Living as well as one of the Managing Directors of the Open Strategies Group. Covenant Living is one of the largest not-for-profit senior living organization in the country.

DYLAN PATTENAUDE
National Director of Digital Marketing

Dylan has been developing online solutions for 20+ years. Specializing in Senior Living marketing and strategy for the last 10+ years where he has launched 100s of websites, mobile, social media, pay-per-click, and other custom online applications and solutions. Since February 2018, Dylan has been part of the in-house digital marketing team at Covenant Living Communities and Services. Within Senior Living, Dylan helped introduced the industry to Call Tracking, Advance Digital KPI and Reporting, importance of Local SEO, Multi-Channel Digital Marketing and website APIs for Matrix Care, Sherpa, Alis, and Enquire. He is currently focused on transforming how the industry uses Dashboard Reporting and Marketing Automation.

JOSEPH LANE
Managing Director, Digital Marketing

Joe brings over 15 years of experience in branding, communications, and strategic marketing—along with 12 years of leadership in nonprofit development and fundraising. Throughout his career, he has led teams at both agencies and in-house organizations, overseeing strategy and execution with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results. A key part of his approach includes a deep understanding of data and analytics; he’s passionate about digging into the numbers to uncover insights that inform smarter decisions, optimize performance, and drive stronger campaign outcomes. Joe is known for building strong, trusting relationships—taking the time to truly understand his clients and team members on both a professional and personal level. That human connection, paired with data-driven thinking, allows him to lead with both empathy and precision. Outside of work, Joe is a proud husband of 25 years and father to five children—one son and four daughters. He enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and immersing himself in his love of music, especially ’90s hits. He’s also known for his personal style, often pairing sharp business casual looks with his signature Nike sneakers.

PRANATHI KOLAGANTI
Account Services Manager 

Pranathi Kolaganti, PMP, MT-BC, is a dynamic marketing leader known for her empathetic leadership style and strategic approach to digital marketing. With a background as a board-certified music therapist, she brings a human-centered perspective to her work—skills that have shaped her ability to lead teams with compassion, collaboration, and purpose. Currently an Account Services Manager at Open Strategy Group, she oversees the marketing initiatives for senior living communities, a wonderful team of marketing professionals. Her expertise spans marketing automation, SEO, PPC, graphic design, content strategy, and data visualization, allowing her to blend creativity with analytics to drive engagement and ROI. Previously, she played a key role in launching the Women’s Innovation Network for the National Cancer Institute’s Small Business Innovation and Research initiative, earning the prestigious 2022 National Cancer Institute Director’s Award for her leadership and impact. A Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master, Pranathi thrives on optimizing workflows, mentoring teams, and creating innovative marketing strategies that connect organizations with their audiences in meaningful ways.

HANNAH FOX
Project Manager, Digital Marketing

Hannah has been part of the digital marketing team at Open Strategy Group since 2020. She graduated from Central Connecticut State University where she studied with a focus in Media Studies. She has experience in multimedia production, website development and management, and photography. Hannah specializes in project management, content and website development, monthly reporting, and SEO management and strategy. On the OSG team, she is the current project manager and main point of contact for The Pines at Davidson and Williamsburg Landing. Hannah currently manages the redesign and buildout process of several OSG client websites. She regularly coordinates with OSG clients, vendors and team members to manage and complete ongoing projects. Such projects include ongoing website maintenance, social media strategy specifically in recruitment strategy, overseeing and regularly updating website SEO and local SEO maintenance and strategy, event promotion, regular reporting, and monthly ealert strategy.

ALLY FRANZINO
Project Manager, Digital Marketing

Having been a key member of the marketing team at Open Strategy Group since 2020, Ally brings a wealth of digital marketing and senior living expertise to the table. Her proficiency extends across marketing automation, website development, and data-driven reporting.   Ally's track record includes the successful execution of interactive marketing strategies for a diverse range of organizations within the senior living sector. From individual communities to national corporations, she has consistently delivered exceptional results. Her ability to streamline marketing processes through automation, create visually captivating and functional websites, and translate complex data into actionable insights has established her as a highly capable professional in the industry.

CATIE GRIFFIN
Project Manager, Digital Marketing

Catie is a new arrival at Open Strategy Group, but has a wealth of experience in digital marketing and project management. With a background in journalism and a Master's degree from Columbia University, Catie has helped develop digital and social media marketing strategies for various companies in the non-profit and for-profit sector while managing a team of digital artists and content creators. She firmly believes in tapping into the power of educational and story marketing while still maintaining the strategies needed in this digital era.

ANGELA SIDORSKI
Project Manager, Digital Marketing

With experience in graphic design, marketing and photography, Angela had led the team with in-house advertising, content development, and website management for the Carmelite System and Brio Living Services since 2021. She is the point of contact for over 12 communities and manages the online reputation for Covenant Living and the Carmelite System, web design, social media, event promotion and digital recruitment strategies. She has a passion for designing and delivering engaging online experiences that align with the brand identity and goals of any organization. With leadership training and positions, Angela has been communicating with the OSG team, vendors, and members to complete projects. Examples of these projects include but are not limited to rebranding, collateral folders and business cards, reputation management campaigns, WordPress training, and print or digital advertising.

JONATHAN JOHNSON
Digital Marketing Coordinator

Jonathan is a graduate of the Palm Beach Code School with a certificate in digital and social media marketing. He has been apart of the Open Strategy Group team since 2023. With experience in website development, social media marketing, graphic design, videography and photography, he brings a versatile set of skills to the team. Jonathan collaborates with the majority of OSG's clients, playing a role in assisting team members across numerous projects. His contributions span a range of tasks, including monthly KPI reporting, website development/content updates, email marketing, ad design, researching and implementing new software. As an avid learner, Jonathan is always seeking ways to improve and expand his knowledge in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.
